Where We Ship

Currently, we ship our luxury perfumes only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time. We will be sure to update our community once we start expanding our fragrance delivery worldwide.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Once your order is successfully placed, our team carefully packs your selected fragrances to ensure they reach you in perfect studio-quality condition.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location (Metros or other regions), your package will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

✨ No Shipping Charges (Free Shipping)

The best part? We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are absolutely no hidden costs or extra charges for getting your favorite premium fragrances delivered straight to your doorstep.

Tracking Made Easy

We know how exciting it is to track your next signature scent! As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number and a direct link. You can easily monitor your delivery journey through our website or our courier partner’s portal.

Ensuring Smooth Delivery

To ensure your premium package reaches you without any hiccups, please double-check that the shipping address, pincode, and contact number you provide are 100% accurate and complete. This helps our courier partners avoid any unnecessary delays.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package to your doorstep. If they are unable to deliver it after multiple tries or if the contact information is unreachable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Unforeseen Delays

While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays might occur due to factors beyond our control—such as extreme weather, natural events, national holidays, or courier transit issues. In any such events, we will proactively keep you updated.

Need to Cancel?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still return or exchange the product once received, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
